Description:

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to all areas of the Human Resources Department. The HR Coordinator provides information and assistance to Saddlebrook Resorts, Inc. departments, employees, and the general public regarding human resources activities.

****THIS POSITION IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION THAT OFFERS AN HOURLY RATE OF PAY *****

Duties:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Tracking and input of team member time off requests, payroll communication, reception for office and answering of multi-line telephone system, initial unemployment responses, team member recognition and events coordination, assistance with recruiting, on-boarding support (generating new hire forms, payroll communication, I-9 verification through e-verify, new hire reporting and orientation), monitoring and input of performance appraisals and generation of review list for management, records management in accordance with legal requirements and guidelines, general office support, assisting team members with diverse needs and assisting with other HR initiatives that support the departments goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess the following:

* Must have general office experience with proficiency in Word, Exel and Powerpoint.

* Possess exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of work in an efficient manner.

*Ability to communicate professionally and proactively in writing and verbally. Bilingual is a plus (english/spanish)

* Knowledge of HR processes/procedures and terminology

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme professionalism and discretion

* Ability to consistently deliver superior customer service to to diverse population of individuals.

* Strong flexibility, time management and organizational skills. Able to manage heavy workload and work overtime to accommodate special projects and departmental deadlines, occasionally outside the traditional work hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency and initiative.

*Previous experience with ADP is a plus.
