Description:

Provide Administrative support to the Catering Department to include Director of Catering and Catering and Conference Service Managers. Serve as Liaison between Catering Department and Resort Operation.

 

Duties:

General Administrative to include answering phones, mail distribution, scheduling, running weekly reporting, event paperwork distribution, file management and overall office organization
Manage inquiry calls according to department procedures, perform Site Visits as necessary
Coordinate In House Events
Coordinate daily distribution of Event details to Operations
Maintain office supply par level and submit requisitions as needed
Prepare and distribute client invoices and billing documentation
Maintain client and hotel confidentiality
Maintain knowledge of all hotel services / functions and hours of operation

Qualifications:

Required:
High School Graduate or Equivalent
2 years previous Administrative experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in fast pace office environment with minimal supervision
Skilled in Microsoft Office
Ability to work Monday through Friday, some evenings/weekends/Holidays

Preferred:
Delphi and previous Hotel experience
Purchasing Systems knowledge
General Food & Beverage / Event operations helpful
