We are seeking an experiences culinary professional to lead the team in Dempsey's Steakhouse. Under the guidance of our Executive Chef & Director of Food and Beverage this role ensure that food safety and quality are ensured at the highest possible standard.

DUTIES

  • Provide leadership to our steakhouse team
  • Monitoring food production
  • Overseeing quality and consistency
  • Ensuring the proper handling and storage of all food items are in accordance with sanitation and health regulations, and assisting with departmental training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must have previous supervisory experience, preferable in a fine dining establishment and food handling certificate. 
5 years experience in hotel or restaurant preferred.
