To assist Owners Account Manager with owner's accounting, condo billing, membership and resort activities. 


  • Post Condo Assoc. and Membership payments
  • Make deposits
  • Reconcile Security Deposit Escrow account - Make deposits and refunds
  • Print and mail/email Condo Assoc. and Membership statements
  • Do monthly Journal Entries
  • Post transactions to Owner's Escrow accounts
  • Maintain databases for Members and Owner's Unit File
  • Process new owner paperwork and notify all departments of any changes
  • Assemble and mail quarterly Rental Distribution portfolios
  • Collections on delinquent accounts
  • Filing
  • Calculate gratuities
  • Assist Owners Accounting Manager as required or requested
  • Respond to account inquiries


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous clerical experience or training
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer experience - Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Ability to function effectively under deadlines
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments
