Position: Guidance Counselor (Grades 3 12)

Saddlebrook Preparatory School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable school guidance counselor for 2017 - 2018. Saddlebrook Prep School is located within the confines of a beautiful golf and tennis resort, and offers a village-style school community.  With a total of 90 students from 16 nations around the world, SPS offers an educational community unlike most schools, as it is a global educational opportunity for students and staff. We have rigorous academic programs for grades 3 - 12, combined with world-class training for students in either golf or tennis. Saddlebrook Prep School offers both Day and Boarding school options, with approximately half of the student population living in residential housing under the supervision of the SPS boarding staff.  Our student body is 100% college-bound, and our students flourish within our college preparatory program. We educate the "whole child", with programs dedicated to assist each student's emotional and social growth, as well as their academic and athletic progress. The design of our educational community, and our various programs to support student growth in both academics and sports, provides students the ability to maximize their full potential. With our small-school-by-design approach to education, we best meet the individual needs of our students through low student-to-teacher ratios (8:1). Our new Guidance Counselor will be team-oriented, self-directed and motivated, and a vital member of our SPS educational family.
