To assist in overseeing banquet and outlet operations, ensuring all policies and procedures are completed to resort standards.
This position is responsible for the training and supervision of food and beverage team members.
Candidate must be self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task, be of legal age to serve alcohol, possess a valid drivers license, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a minimum three (3) years previous supervisory experience, preferably in an upscale environment that prides itself in attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
