To greet all guests entering the dining area in a professional, positive manner.
This position is responsible for greeting and directing guests to a seating area. Other duties include answering restaurant phone, taking reservations, ensuring all menus are clean, assisting with server station assignments and instructing servers of tables that need attention. Shift required is 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm, weekends and holidays included.
Candidate must possess strong written and verbal skills and be able to stand for long periods of time. Food and beverage experience a plus!
