To ensure food quality and superior presentation of all food items within our culinary operation.
This position is responsible for the preparation of all menu items including appetizers & entrees while maintaining a high degree of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Candidate must have strong ala carte skills as well as experience in saute, broiler, carver, vegetable prep and pantry. Strong saute skills, excellent knife skills and the ability to produce menu items without supervision are critical. Experience preferred.
