To ensure food quality and superior presentation of all food items within our culinary operation.
This position is responsible for the preparation of all menu items including appetizers & entrees while maintaining a high degree of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
Candidate must be able to prepare and cook food for large number with exceptional quality and a strong eye for detail.
Established saute skills, excellent knife skills and the ability to produce menu items without supervision are preferred.
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
