Responsible for the preparation of all major cold plated and buffet items.


Responsibilities include: select, clean and prepare fruits and vegetables; produce salads, fruits, vegetables, cheese, meat mirrors and trays in large quantities for Banquets and buffets ensuring items are displayed neatly and attractively in addition to making sure all areas of work station and equipment is clean and sanitized.

Shifts vary during peak season.


Candidate must have an excellent eye for detail and good communication skills.
