To perform general and routine maintenance and/or repairs in conference center, meeting spaces and other front of the house areas in the resort.
Responsibilities include completion of work orders and calls pertaining to basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry. Candidate will perform repairs and preventative maintenance in a timely and efficient manner, in conjunction with resort policies and procedures and be available to work a flexible overnight schedule, including weekends.
Candidate must have the ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment, possess good communication skills, exhibit responsibility and follow-through on all assigned tasks. A minimum 2 years building maintenance experience preferred. Must be available to work any day overnight.
