We are seeking an adaptable and experienced culinary professional to provide relief leadership in our various kitchens under the guidance of our Executive Sous Chef and in collaboration with the primary Sous Chef of each kitchen. This role ensures that food safety and quality are maintained at the highest possible standard.

DUTIES

  • Provide leadership to assigned culinary team
  • Monitor food production
  • Oversee quality and consistency
  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of all food items are in accordance with sanitation and health regulations, and assisting with departmental training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must have previous supervisory experience, preferable in a fine dining establishment and food handling certificate.

Must be available to work varying shifts a.m. or p.m. including weekends and holidays

5 years experience in hotel or restaurant preferred.
