Manager of our casual dining outlet which provides exceptional breakfast and lunch to our resort guests.  

This is a wonderful opportunity for a food and beverage professional to gain or expand experience as a restaurant manager.

DUTIES

Responsibilities for this position include: supervise, train and inspect the day to day operation and performance of all restaurant staff in addition to producing profit and loss statements and budgets. Hours may vary, but will primarily be between 5:00 am and 3:30 pm, including weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years restaurant managerial/supervisory experience or equivalent education preferred. Must have an engaging personality to assist in creating a memorable guest experience and generate repeat business.

While resort restaurant leadership experience is highly appreciated we would be happy to consider applicants with casual-dining managerial or extensive supervisory experience or equivalent education.
