To lead a team of agents in providing exceptional guest service during guest registration and on-going during their resort stay.

DUTIES

Candidate will assist in the check in/out guest process. Handle guests requests while maintaining Saddlebrook standards of service and quality. Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

* Previous Guest Service experience in an attention to detail, service oriented environment.

* Strong guest service personality and demeanor.

* Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

* Ability to handle guest issues in a professional manner.

*Previous Hotel Front Office supervisory experience is strongly preferred
